Shortly afterwards, this depot was further expanded, while a decade later the Stavroupoli depot was built to the west of the city (1972). The organisation’s offices remain to this day on 90 Papanastasiou Street,
though not in the original building but in the Civitas commercial building, again owned by the HERACLES cooperative.
In 1978, OASTH became the first organisation in Greece to acquire articulated buses, with a length of 18 metres and a capacity of 150 seats. Since then, these
